What To Expect

24 Hours prior to beginning your test:

Expect to consume a limited "bland" diet.
Preparation Guidelines are included in the test kit and can be found below as well.

12 Hours prior to beginning your test:

Expect to "fast" (this means that you cannot eat or drink ANYTHING for this 12 hours except drinking water).
Consuming any food or drink other than water during this period can have adverse effects on your test.

After finishing your test:

Expect and plan ahead to send put your samples in your mail so that the test can be received to us in a timely manner.

After we analyze your test:

Expect to receive your test results in the mail to the address your kit was shipped to. This takes approximately 3-7 business days in the mail service. If you prefer to have your results e-mailed to you, simply let us know in the "Order Comments" section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
